Zeren GY Wage Management System is determined and updated depending upon the components of job levels, the wage market, the company’s wage policy and performance, and by observing sector conditions and in-house balances. As a component of the wage policy, we also provide our employees with various fringe benefits according to their position and title.
Following job evaluations, we determine wage policies on the basis of job levels. We closely monitor the wage markets with national and international sector-based research all across the community and we implement a competitive and fair wage policy as a result of sectoral analyses. Wage policies vary according to the company's current wage structure, its position in the sector, and competitiveness and payment ability.
Health Insurance: We provide all Zeren GY employees with an opportunity to get health insurance involving inpatient treatment and outpatient emergency treatment, life insurance, and annual check-up, with a different coverage according to employment level.
Clothing Allowance: We implement this once a year in the form of an additional payment to all Zeren GY employees, made to them in addition to their wage, with a view to ensuring compliance with our dress code.
Company Phone/Line: Zeren GY employees may have a company phone and line according to their position.
Birthdays: We entitle Zeren GY employees to paid leave for their birthdays, and allow them to spend their special days with their loved ones.
Meals: We provide lunch for Zeren GY employees with a meal-card system.
